Another way that blush wine is made is to take white wine and blend it with red wine. This belnding usually happens after both are fermented seperately. This wine can be chaptalized or not.
Generally speaking, anything with Rose on the label will be crisp, acidic, fruity and dry as a bone. if i am not mistaken a blush is a lighter color wine and it is also sweeter than rose
