I'm hanging out with this guy on Wednesday who i really like. But i'm always so nervous around him and blush like CRAZY. It's really embarrassing. I also can barley speak when i'm around him. It's really horrible. What should i do?How do i prevent blushing, stuttering, and my voice from cracking?

That's so dang cute, LOL!
Just practice a few things you will say so you can avoid stuttering. Also, wear a big sweater so if you are blushing you can blame it on being ';too hot'; because of the sweater.
IF all else fails, tell him that he makes you all flustered because you really like him. I'll bet that is the best line he has heard, well, ever.

Obtain a higher self esteem and see that everyone around you is human.
Self-confidence will fix the blushing-voice problem will go away in time and you will be fine.
Calm down and breathe, that's a cool feeling to like someone like that and it will soon pass. Enjoy it.
Focus on deep breathing and try to remain calm.
