Does anyone have a good technique for blushing on demand?

Need to try and do a blush on stage for a certain scene. Struggling so far to be able to blush on demand. Any tips?Does anyone have a good technique for blushing on demand?
No one will notice under the stage lights. Just give an embarassed smile. It will be a million times more noticeable. and do that embarassed body language thing. What do you look like when people start talking about that REALLY embarassing moment?Does anyone have a good technique for blushing on demand?
Pretend you are naked and everyone is laughing at you!
eat some hot sauce
Hold your breath, and push your breath out keeping your mouth closed. You may want to practice, so you don't look like you're having a bowel movement while doing this. Also be sure you don't eat any gassy foods, or you could have a whoopsie!
I don't know any techniques for blushing on command (don't know that it's possible...), but if you're able to do a cheat, just pinch your cheeks, that'll make them all rosy, and it'll fade naturally. ^_~

Is this to show embarassment in your character? There are better ways to convey that rather than simulating a flush. Showing embarassment (or whatever) is more efficiently and believably done through body language and reaction; blushing under stage lights isn't likely to have much effect anyway.

^_^
not likely that the blush will be that noticeable by the audience. but if you must...

it helps if you blush easily anyway, but think of your most embarassing or shocking secret. now think of the last person you would want to know about your secret standing in shock (or worse, laughter) in front of you.

that's all i've got.
I remember a technique I used to use to relax while speaking to large crowds where I'd imagine the crowd naked. Maybe if you imagined yourself naked in front of a large crowd. With your parents on the front row. Or the football team from your high school, all chanting ';put it on! put it on!';
